Pay Scale:
Director (Administration): Pay Level 13A 1,31,100 – 2,16,600
Joint Secretary: Pay Level 13 1,23,100 – 2,15,900
Deputy Secretary: Pay Level 12 78,800 – 2,09,200
Educational Qualifications:
Director (Administration): Officers of All India Services / Central Secretariat Service or equivalent.
Joint Secretary: Officers under the Central / State Government, Universities, and Autonomous Bodies.
Deputy Secretary: 1st Class Post Graduate + at least 07 years experience.
